Welcome to The Commonplace Page!A commonplace is a personal collection of various pieces of knowledge, from poems, formulas, recipes, stories, wisdom, notes, and whatever else one wishes to keep track of.
My favorite topics are:
Nature, especially marine life, weird arthropods, and the studies of paleontology and evolution / taxonomy.
Art, I used to do mainly pixelart landscapes but I have been getting into pencil portraits and figure studies. I also love calligraphy and infographics which are big inspirationa for my site layout!
And Writing, I'm definitely not a writer but I do love journaling and making lists and taking notes on my interests, which will be nicely organized in the sidebar because I love organizing things.
This site is recommended on desktop vs mobile, but I am learning to make it work on both. :-)
