Welcome to my collection of flowers! These are all photos that I have taken, and most of them are just local flowers. A while ago I decided I really want to grow familiar with local plants and be able to identify them from memory. My favorite is probably the sensitive plant (second picture, top row). When you touch along the center of the leaves, the sides close in, hence the "sensitive" in the name. The sensitive plant was my gateway to learning local plants since its so easy to identify.
